I have no clue what is being delivered, usually a protection plan is emailed to the buyer.
Maybe I am missing something here.

Is this solid wood or is it particleboard with wood veneer?
Answer: ALMOST NO FURNITURE IS SOLID WOOD. IT IS VENEER; HOWEVER, IT IS WELL MADE. I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE DRESSER I BOUGHT.

How deep are the drawers
