have all of the info before calling, and if possible, enter as much info online before calling. and yes, call. the ai has the iq of a 4yo, although i swear i have talked with 4yo’s with better comprehension skills. if the warranty is not showing under your account, you can try the chat and see if it will connect you with a person. otherwise, just call.
data to have on hand:
plan number (check email)
order number of the purchased item
order number of the plan for the purchased item
(search orders works best to locate both of these)
date of purchase (from the order invoice)
pictures of both the invoice for the purchased item, as well as the invoice of the plan
that being said, their actual call center team is amazing, and will help set things right, even when the manufacturer will not. fast resolution, with no judgements.

I could not get any written proof other than a receipt of purchase. I wanted a breakdown of what is covered. The company refused to provide anything in writing ! I got a refund!

Are the back cushions attached?
Answer: No they come separately, and have Velcro on them to help keep them in place.
31″ wide?! Is this loveseat a pair of pants? Because that’s my waist size.
Answer: Edge to edge front to back its 2 and a half feet wide which is standard, this sofa loveset set is a steal, I get compliments all the time
Is the red color true to the photo?
Answer: Yes, it’s true to the color.
Do you have to put this togrthet?
Answer: Yes. It was easy, but I ended up returning it. The color was more purple than red and the padding was thin.
Can I remove the back cushions or are they attached to the firm back rest? I like to put one down and then put my legs up on it.
Answer: Yes you can remove the cushions. They have Velcro strips that attach them to the back rest!
